Starting May 1st 2023, clients of New Creation Counseling Center will be able to use a new, HIPAA-compliant online Client Portal to schedule and manage appointments, pay invoices for services received, and communicate confidentially with our office. Our new portal will provide a lot of conveniences for clients, and will make scheduling and checking in for appointments much easier.
Clients can easily log in to the portal using the email they have on file with our office. Creating a new account is easy.
Once logged in clients can schedule appointments with their provider using the "BOOK" link on the portal home page.
Clients can view all past and future appointments, and can quickly cancel and reschedule appointments.
Invoices for each client service are stored in the portal, and can be viewed and paid quickly and securely.
Clients can communicate with staff and providers, and can send and receive documents with our office.
The portal sends emails to clients shortly before their appointment, allowing them to check in with one click.
Click Here for Instructions on How to Use the Client Portal
Please note that starting May 1st clients must store a payment method on file in order to schedule an appointment.
If you've never logged in to the Client Portal: you can create your account here. When creating your account, use your full name as it is printed in this reminder, and use the email address that this reminder was sent to.
A stored credit card or payment method is required in order to schedule appointments. If you do not have a payment method stored in our system, you will be prompted to do so when scheduling your next appointment. On the day of your appointment your card will be charged for any deductible, copay, co-insurance, or per-session fee that you owe for services.
We are committed to providing affordable counseling to all of our clients. If you are concerned about your per-session costs being too high, you can talk to our staff about adjusting your Financial Agreement or signing up for a monthly Payment Plan.
If you have any questions about the Client Portal or anything else, please call us at 937-667-4678. Thank you so much! We appreciate you.
